Improv isn’t just about comedy — it’s about connecting with others and in turn with ourselves..
Celebrating every small step in our mental health journey is an integral part of how we can build resilience, help us reconsider mistakes as opportunities, and lead to big strides in our personal growth and our emotional well-being. We will discuss how improv has helped us with our mental health and also discuss it from a medical point of view.
This session is a heartfelt celebration of the transformative power of play and connection.
"Life’s a stage—let’s light it up with some spontaneity and fun!"
Bex discovered Improv when she came to Vietnam in 2018 and has been obsessed ever since. For her, improv isn’t just about performing—it’s about creating meaningful connections through laughter, spontaneity, and a little bit of chaos.
Bringing a playful mix of curiosity, creativity, and compassion, she blends her background in psychology and 6 years of ESL teaching with the magic of improvisational theatre. She loves using improv as a tool for growth, learning, and building relationships.
Her goal? To help people open up, communicate better, and, of course, have a blast doing it!
