In this jam, no one is allowed to speak. To symbolize this, a box will be at the door of the jam space for people to 'leave their speech behind' for the duration of the jam. However, attendees can make sound effects or sing tunes, if it's relevant to their scenes.
The jam will use a set of modified games & exercises that will encourage attendees to maximize the use of physicality and stage blocking to communicate a coherent story.
Towards the end of the jam, we'll dedicate some time for attendees to try performing full scenes without having to say any words.
