workshop showcase
A single living space, many timelines. Tenants come and go, their stories unfolding in parallel—until they overlap. As scenes layer, improvisers navigate unseen roommates, misplaced props, and eerie coincidences. Precision dissolves into joyful chaos as timelines collide, culminating in an electrifying, synchronized mayhem.
This is the showcase of the workshop Dimensions, instructed by Nick Byrne.

A story of distance—physical, emotional, and everything in between. Two lives unfold side by side, brushing past each other in near-misses, shared spaces, and untold stories. Will fate bring them together, or will they remain strangers forever? The answer is in the journey.

'Qi', 'Prana', 'Energy', 'Life Force' - each culture has a different name for it, but we all intuitively know and understand the concept; it's the essence that makes up everything around us.
Isn't it fascinating that we're all made up of the same stuff, yet each form looks so different?
'Reincarnations' is a format that delves into the previous 'lives' or 'births' of various people, animals, and objects. The show explores the meandering path taken by these particular collections of molecules to attain their current form.
Inspired by the narrative storytelling technique of Indian epics, seemingly unrelated stories will weave in and out of each other, forming a wonderful tapestry of intertwined stories. Curses, boons, unlikely heroes, and unexpected twists - each one plays its part in getting us to where we are.
The show is a celebration of the concept of rebirth, examining the stories of the past lives of present-day beings, and how every ending is just another beginning.
