Granted, there are no “rules” in improv, but most of us do learn these inalienable tenets as we begin our journey into improv. In this active and interactive workshop, we will deconstruct and unravel these foundational guidelines to build something that truly works for us.

Shweta Bhat has been to many things in her short life - software professional, teacher, writer, psychologist, theatre artist, improviser, and poet. She prefers to be a Jill of some trades and a Mistress of some. Above all, she believes in doing everything out of love.
Shweta is an improviser, theatre facilitator, playback theatre artist, and poet based in Bangalore, India. She performs and facilitates improv jams with No Pressure Improv in Bangalore. Her love affair with the world of improvised theatre began in 2016, and she has been a performer with various theatre groups since then.
By day, Shweta works as a counselor, trainer, and consultant dealing with topics around the theme of sexual harassment prevention and gender equity. She likes to use storytelling, poetry, and theatre to throw light on issues that plague us within and without.
