Have you ever wanted to sing, but felt too scared to do it in public? Do you think singing isn't for you, even though you'd love to try?
This space is for you.
This workshop is designed for anyone who feels curious about singing but has faced fear, shame, or the belief that they don't have "the right voice."
No prior experience is needed-just the desire to explore your voice in a safe, collective, and judgment-free environment. With guidance from Pilar Cabrera, participants will come together to learn and perform a song as a group, using singing as a tool for expression, play, and emotional release.
OBJECTIVES:
Break through the fear and shame associated with singing
Explore the voice as a channel for authentic expression, free from technical demands
Build group trust through the collaborative creation of a song
Enjoy the process of singing through play, body awareness, and active listening
Experience a transformative vocal journey in community
