In this workshop, we focus on starting with physical actions to unlock deeper emotional truth. By concentrating on physical actions—such as gestures, posture, and movement—we’ll discover how precise and specific physicality can shape and inform our emotional landscape. This workshop helps us move beyond verbal cues to create more coherent and dynamic scenes. Through careful attention to our physical responses, we’ll explore how small changes in the body can trigger more authentic emotional reactions, leading to stronger choices and deeper connections in scenes. The emphasis is on action first, using physicality as a gateway to understanding your character’s emotions and driving the direction of your improv.
