YOU DON’T NEED “TALENT” TO START CREATING

IMPROV (improvised theatre) is a collaborative form of spontaneous creation, with a history spanning centuries and a thriving community around the world today.

When you learn and play improv, you practice welcoming the unexpected and building stories, characters, and moments together, drawing from one another’s ideas and each person’s unique perspective.

Anyone can learn improv. Life is full of surprises, after all, and everyone has a wealth of experiences to share.

The Improv Hub is Hanoi’s premier space dedicated for improv / improvised theatre, offering training for individuals and organizations, alongside monthly community events. 

IMPROV 101, IN CLASS AND BEYOND

Designed with our community in mind, this course was created by Lê Kim Thanh, founder of The Improv Hub, drawing on 10 years of learning, teaching and performing across 10+ countries in Asia, Europe, and Oceania.

A safe, friendly, and judgment-free space. You’ll learn to listen fully, welcome group ideas, and see mistakes as part of the fun.

Putting improv into practice beyond the classroom. These foundational improv skills will help you create engaging moments on stage, and beyond it: communicate more naturally, navigate unexpected situations with greater flexibility, and express yourself with more confidence in everyday life.
