Curt Mabry (American, based in China and Thailand) is an internationally recognized improvisational theater director, coach, and Interpersonal Dynamics consultant with over 35 years of experience on stage, television, and radio. As the Founding Director of Zmack Improv Family, Curt has guided the development of vibrant improv scenes in Shanghai, Bangkok, and La Rioja. He specializes in coaching and guiding intercultural teams, helping improvisers improve scene and character work, strengthen fundamentals, and explore new games and forms. His workshops are customized to participants’ needs and experience levels.

Curt also brings extensive experience in Applied Improvisation for corporate Learning & Development, offering workshops that apply improv principles to professional development in communication, leadership, and team collaboration. Curt has worked with global brands like Google, Microsoft, Apple, Adidas, Disney, Nike, Louis Vuitton, New Balance, L'ORÉAL, etc.
